& Sinopoli, CPA's, P.C. was established on August 1, 1983 by V. James
Sinopoli, Jr., CPA and his brother Joseph M. Sinopoli, CPA. The brothers
who are both graduates of LeMoyne College in Syracuse, New York began their
business with a commitment to client service. This firm has grown steadily
throughout the years, but they have never forgotten who is responsible for
that growth, the clients themselves. |

client base includes over one thousand individual, business, trust and pension
clients. Our clients are diversified in their activities, including but
not limited to, professionals (physicians, dentists, attorneys), retail
stores, wholesale distributors, real estate, and non-profit corporations.
We provide tax planning and preparation services; compilations, reviews
and audits of financial statements; financial forecasts; pension administration
services; and consulting services pertaining to business systems, overhead
analysis, estate planning, investment planning, mergers and acquisitions,
business start-ups and purchase agreements. |

January 1, 2001, a third brother, Steven J. Sinopoli, CPA became a partner
of the firm. Steven, a graduate of Syracuse University has over a decade's
worth of experience at Sinopoli & Sinopoli, CPA's, P.C. With over ten
accounting and pension professionals, Sinopoli & Sinopoli, CPA's, P.C.
is committed to continued growth in the future, without forgetting their
